vasatihub ("we", "us", or "our") operates the vasatiHub-O mobile application ("App"). vasatiHub-O is designed to help PG owners manage their PG properties, residents, rooms, beds, documents, and financial records.
Depending on how you use the App, we may collect and process the following information:
At the current version of vasatiHub-O, we do not use the App to continuously collect device GPS location, collect device information for advertising purposes, use analytics services, or display advertisements.
We use the information described above to provide and operate PG management features, manage PG owners and residents, maintain property and occupancy records, manage financial records, store uploaded documents and photos, authenticate users, provide support, maintain security, and operate the service.
ID proof documents and photos may contain personal information. PG owners are responsible for ensuring that they have an appropriate lawful basis and authorization to upload information belonging to residents or other individuals. Such information should only be uploaded for legitimate PG management purposes.
Uploaded photos and identity documents may be stored using private cloud storage infrastructure, including Cloudflare R2. We use access controls intended to prevent unauthorized public access to private documents.
The App may use a map service to allow a PG owner to select a PG location. The selected location is stored as PG information. The App does not continuously collect or track the user's device location for this purpose.
We do not currently sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, storage, authentication, security, map functionality, or operation of the service, where necessary to provide the App. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or to protect the security and rights of the service and its users.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Private identity documents are stored in private cloud storage with access controls. However, no internet-based service or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and financial records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Users may contact us to request deletion or correction of information, subject to applicable legal, operational, and record-retention requirements.
vasatiHub-O is intended for PG owners and adult users managing PG properties. The App is not intended for children.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App's features, data practices, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
